    HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

    We have applied flat shipping rate based on weight ranging from 10 AUD to 22 AUD.

    For delivery above 20 Kg, please contact us for Shipping Arrangements.

    ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

    • Melbourne - Approximately 1-3 business days
    • Sydney, Adelaide - Approximately 2-5 business days
    • Brisbane, Perth, Hobart, Darwin - Approximately 3-7 business days

    Please allow up to 10 business days for rural deliveries.

    DO YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX ADDRESS?

    Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO BOX addresses or parcel lockers at this point in time.

    DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?

    We do. We now offer delivery to New Zealand, please contact us for more details.

    HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

    Yes, we have a 30 day Love It or Return It Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you don’t love your product or simply change your mind, we will happily provide a full refund. Return freight will be at the buyer’s expense. Please see our full returns policy here.

    WHAT IF MY GOODS ARE LOST IN TRANSIT OR DAMAGED?

    If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.
